Share Your Story
Have you donated a kidney or a portion of your liver? Your story could inspire others to consider living donation. If you’re interested in sharing your experience and being featured in the Choose Donation blog, please fill out the form below.
You can choose to write your own story or schedule a brief (~30 minute) phone interview with a writer who will draft it for you. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft, with final approval before publication. Donors are also asked to provide a short bio, at least one photo (additional photos are encouraged), and sign an image/likeness release.
